You do not need to submit any information to visit our site. You may visit the site anonymously.
When you submit an order form on our site, we collect your name and email address. When you submit a registration form, we also request that you submit a brief statement of any health issues or physical limitations that you may have. This information is collected to allow us to make any special accommodations or to tailor the class content to better address your specific health issues.
The credit card information you submit when purchasing products or services from us is not transmitted through our servers; it is sent directly to the PCI compliant payment gateway service that handles our credit card processing. We do not collect your credit card information.
What do we use your information for?
The information we collect from you may be used in the following ways:

Terms and Conditions
As with any physical activity, there is inherent risk of injury associated with practicing the MELT Method. Services provided by Vanessa Light are not to be taken as medical advice. Any person intending to practice the MELT Method or participate in a MELT Method class provided by Vanessa Light who may have any type of medical condition shall consult a physician prior to engaging in such activities.
Participation in MELT Method classes provided by Vanessa Light do not qualify participants to teach the MELT Method. In order to teach the MELT Method, one must be trained and certified by Longevity Fitness, Inc.
Refund and Return Policy
Merchandise purchased from Vanessa Light may be returned if in new condition within 14 days of purchase. If an item purchased from Vanessa Light is defective, the item will be replaced free of charge. Alternatively, the purchase price may be refunded. Items suspected of being defective shall be returned to Vanessa Light for inspection to determine the cause of failure prior to replacement of the item or issuance of refund. If an item is determined to have failed as a result of normal wear or abuse, or if the item is not in new condition upon receipt of returned merchandise, the purchase price will not be refunded and the item will not be replaced free of charge.
Class reservations may only be secured by advance payment. If a reservation is canceled more than 48 hours in advance of the scheduled class start time, the price paid for the reservation will be refunded. For a multi-class series, notice of cancellation must be received 48 hours in advance of the first class in the series in order to receive a refund. If a cancellation notice is received less than 48 hours in advance of the scheduled class start time, the price may be refunded at the discretion of Vanessa Light based on the ability to fill the vacated position within the time period remaining between receipt of the cancellation notice and the scheduled class start time. Private sessions require 24 hours advance cancellation for refund. Cancellation of any private session may be subject to a cancellation fee of $25.
